USCG Announces Pacific Coast Port Access Route Study Information Center

The Coast Guard today announced the availability of an online information center to review information, materials, and the announcement of upcoming public engagements regarding the ongoing Pacific Coast Port Access Route Study.  In July 2021, the Coast Guard announced a Port Access Route Study covering the U.S. Pacific Coast to evaluate existing shipping routes and waterway uses, and to the extent practicable, reconcile the “paramount right of navigation” within designated port access routes with other waterway uses.
