U.S. House Natural Resources Subcmte. Holds NOP Oversight Hearing

The U.S. House Natural Resources Committee’s Subcommittee on Water, Power and Oceans today held an oversight hearing on “The Implications of President Obama’s National Ocean Policy.”  Subcommittee members and witnesses representing the National Association of Charterboat Operators, Seafreeze, Ltd., Magellan Wind, and Family Farm Alliance discussed the potential regulatory, economic, and societal impacts of National Ocean Policy implementation and its geographic reach and inland implications, among other things.
