National Ocean Council Releases Final Implementation Plan

WASHINGTON, DC, April 16, 2013 – The National Ocean Council today released the National Ocean Policy Final Implementation Plan, as well as an Appendix containing actions that federal agencies will take to implement the plan.  In conjunction with today’s announcement, the White House Council On Environmental Quality also issued this press release.
