POTUS Nominates White House OSTP Director

President Biden today nominated Arati Prabhakar to serve as Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.  If confirmed, she will also serve as Assistant to the President for Science and Technology.

Prabhakar is a former Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, a former Director for the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and has also spent time as an executive and venture capitalist in Silicon Valley.
