NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service today announced that the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council will hold a public meeting on Apr. 3-6 in Gulfport, MS. Agenda items include updates from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management on wind energy development in the Gulf of Mexico and NMFS’ Equity and Environmental Justice Strategy, regional implementation process, and schedule.
