The Mid-Atlantic Regional Planning Body today announced the availability of a work plan describing the process and content that RPB workgroups will follow and outlining RPB activities through the end of 2016. The three workgroups are focused on Interjurisdictional Coordination, Data Synthesis, and the Regional Ocean Assessment.
The RPB also announced that it will hold a webinar on Friday, May 22 (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) for updates on activities since the RPB’s January meeting and learn more about the work plan and the RPB’s next steps. Following the webinar, the RPB posted the following materials:
The Mid-Atlantic RPB was formally established in April 2013 and is tasked under the National Ocean Policy Executive Order with developing a coastal and marine spatial plan for Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
