Northeast Regional Planning Body Hold Inaugural Meeting
The Northeast Regional Planning Body held its inaugural meeting on November 19-20, 2012 in Portland, Maine. This body is comprised of federal, state, and tribal officials and is tasked by the National Ocean Policy Executive Order with establishing a Coastal and Marine Spatial Plan for coastal and marine areas in and offshore Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
