U.S. House Natural Resources Committee Holds Second National Ocean Policy Oversight Hearing

On October 26, the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources held its second oversight hearing on “The President’s New National Ocean Policy – A Plan for Further Restrictions on Ocean, Coastal and Inland Activities.”  The hearing included testimony from the National Ocean Industries Association and the Recreational Fishing Alliance.
