On October 26, the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources held its second oversight hearing on “The President’s New National Ocean Policy – A Plan for Further Restrictions on Ocean, Coastal and Inland Activities.”  The hearing included testimony from the National Ocean Industries Association and the Recreational Fishing Alliance.
